Randy repaired my older Mercedes-Benz SLK and did an excellent job. It has two issues, the steering wheel would lock, and would not turn over when it did release. It needed a new steering wheel lock and a new engine relay. The turnaround time was quick, the price was exactly as quoted, and there were no surprises. What I appreciated most was his honest approach, he fixed what actually needed to be repaired without trying to sell me unnecessary services, which is becoming harder to find these days. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy Mercedes repair shop, I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve been taking my Mercedes ML to Randy for the last few years. He is knowledgeable, fair, and truly trustworthy when it comes to European cars. I used to take my vehicle to the Mercedes dealership, but after realizing he could do the same work for half the cost, I switched to him and I’ve never looked back.

That old saying that honesty is the best quality could never be closer to the truth than it is here. I was quoted 13,000 yes you read that correctly 13,000 at Mercedes-bens Of San Antonio. The quote states 165 for screws. But they still couldn’t tell me why my car was smoking. after having my vehicle towed to European car parts it took them less than 24 hours to not only addressed the issue but they came in at $500 to fix the same issues that Mercedes was claiming The vehicle needed. needless to say, my vehicle will never go back to Mercedes-Benz of whether it’s San Antonio Selma. Randy was very professional, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for all your vehicle service needs. Thank you Randy

I'll be recommending this establishment as always. If you plan on purchasing a Pre-owned European Vehicle and are hesitant because you aren't able to work on the Vehicle yourself or your worried about it being Pre-owned you can get it evaluated and maintained by Randy and his team and will not be disappointed. I had my Porsche multiple Ml350s as well as our MB Van maintenence done by European Car Parts and we have never had am issued. We even had a insurance claim done here with attention to detail and quality work from Randy and Highly Recommend ECP 👌

I took my vehicle here for a diagnostic because of misfires. A diagnostic normally cost about a $100. The owner Randy calls me a few hours later and hits me with an $800 bill. You would assume my vehicle would be running perfect now, but it ran exactly the same. This guy is a thief. He told me he put 2 new spark plugs and a coil and I never confirmed for him to perform any work. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.
